How Does it Work?

First, you gain us as a remote extension of your planning and procurement project teams. Show us the ropes and then assign us to the projects that matter most.

From that moment on, we work with each team to guide and plan stakeholder collaboration activities in DecisionDirector such as visioning, discovery, requirements definition, and various vendor due diligence activities, and then we configure, run, support, and report on those activities.

We also set up, run, and manage on-line RFP/RFI events in DecisionDirector to capture, collate, and report on vendor responses to questions, information and document requests, and all requirements, in full accordance with your procurement policies and practices.

We provide on-going project guidance as well as insight to improve your planning and procurement processes.
