Collaboration Concierge Service

for Planning and Procurement

Collaboration Concierge is an innovative turn-key service
that delivers the expertise of Advantiv and the power of DecisionDirector
to your planning and procurement projects and processes.

Why Collaboration Concierge?

You understand the value of a well-planned, well-executed procurement project. But, do you also lament the time, cost, aggravation, and effort needed to make that happen day in and day out?

From the timely and effective coordination and involvement of project stakeholders to the confident and consistent engagement and evaluation of vendors, planning and procurement projects are deeply challenging yet highly rewarding when done well.

If this sounds familiar, the experience, tools, and resources of Advantiv will help you solve this dilemma and reduce the time, cost, and risk of your procurement projects while ensuring great outcomes.

How Does it Work?

First, you gain us as a remote extension of your planning and procurement project teams. Show us the ropes and then assign us to the projects that matter most.

From that moment on, we work with each team to guide and plan stakeholder collaboration activities in DecisionDirector such as visioning, discovery, requirements definition, and various vendor due diligence activities, and then we configure, run, support, and report on those activities.

We also set up, run, and manage on-line RFP/RFI events in DecisionDirector to capture, collate, and report on vendor responses to questions, information and document requests, and all requirements, in full accordance with your procurement policies and practices.

We provide on-going project guidance as well as insight to improve your planning and procurement processes.

What Is Included?

Our Position, Policies, and Practices

We are 100% vendor neutral.

We have no stake in, or benefit in anyway from, a selection outcome.

We never reveal vendor response data without permission from the vendor.

We do not claim ownership of any client, consultant, or vendor data entered into DecisionDirector.

We never sell or otherwise distribute any of the data entered into DecisionDirector.

We have many consulting partners who have integrated DecisionDirector into their planning and selection methodologies, and their baseline requirements and other information into the DecisionDirector database.

Clients are free to use our baseline library or that of their chosen consultant, or a combination of both.

Vendors may establish baseline requirements of their own in DecisionDirector, for clients and prospects that wish to start with those.

We do whatever we can to help clients, consultants, and vendors be successful in using and benefiting from DecisionDirector, but we never provide unfair advantage or share inside information about the projects we support.

We hold all conversations in full confidence and do not discuss or share sensitive or competitive information.

We are committed to creating and supporting the best practices that lead to the best possible outcomes, and therefore are always open to constructive criticisms and suggestions.
