Requirements Definition
DecisionDirector 3.0 presents stakeholders with extensive requirements lists from which they can select those that
they need. If a stakeholder has a requirement that is not shown in the list, it can easily be added as this example
shows.
Requirements Validation
After all stakeholders have identified their requirements, a special team can review, validate, or override the
results. This is the last step in the creation of an official requirements definition database.
Requirements Definition Database
DecisionDirector 3.0 can produce reports and extracts of the final requirements definition database.
Vendor Response
If your system selection project requires an RFP or RFI, DecisionDirector 3.0 can provide invited vendors with a secure
ability to respond on-line. This saves time and effort for both you and the vendor.
Vendor Response Analysis
Once all vendor responses are in, DecisionDirector 3.0 can produce a series of vendor response analysis reports. This
is an example of a vendor comparison report. It ranks vendors according to their overall ability to satisfy the
designated requirements.
Vendor Evaluation
In addition to its built-in vendor response analysis capabilities, DecisionDirector 3.0 can also provide your vendor
evaluation team with an easy way to record their subjective evaluations of each vendor.
