DecisionDirector

DecisionDirector is a web-based stakeholder collaboration platform that makes it easy to invite and involve all of your project stakeholders in the activities and decisions that will ultimately impact them.

 

From project charter discussions to discovering your community’s shadow systems, from gathering and prioritizing requirements to evaluating vendor demonstrations, we work with you to determine the most productive ways to involve your stakeholders, and then we configure DecisionDirector to support those activities.

 

How many stakeholders can you involve? We’ve had projects with as few as a half-dozen, and many with several thousand.

 

We also provide you with the content, or “KnowledgePacks”, that go hand-in-hand with those activities.

 

Afterward, we deliver reports and extracts that help you and your team to make the decisions you need to make.
