AMS To Incorporate Advantiv Web Collaboration Tool Into Government and Defense Product Offerings
Agreement Enables AMS to Participate In Complex Customer Engagements
Fairfax - American Management Systems (NASDAQ: AMSY), an international business and information technology
consulting firm, and Advantiv, a Phoenix-based business solution provider, announced today that they have entered
into an agreement to add Advantiv’s DecisionDirector 3.0™ Web-based collaboration tool to a range of AMS solutions
focused on federal defense customers.
DecisionDirector 3.0™, will be used to augment AMS’s proven analytical methodologies that enable AMS to provide a full
range of skills and expertise as clients move their organizations to even higher levels of performance.

by offering a Web-based media that allows participants to contribute at their convenience; and, reduces time to
collect information.
